We are happy to help you receive the maximum benefits; however, the agreement of the insurance to pay for your dental care is a contract between you and your insurance company. Insurance companies may reimburse at a lower rate than we estimate. When this occurs, you may be required to pay an additional “after-insurance” balance.
- Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. Payment may be made by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Care Credit.
